You see the face price up front, then a small booking fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. It gets cheaper the more tickets you buy: 10% for one, dropping to 8%, 6% and 5% for bigger orders. Free events pay no fee at all.
Nope. No sign-up, no password, no waiting room. Pick an event, pay in one tap with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your ticket is ready right away.
As soon as your payment clears (or straight away for free tickets), your ticket PDF is ready to download, and we email you a copy automatically. Show it on your phone or print it; both scan fine at the door.
Check the email we sent with your order (search "TickTap"), or head to the confirmation link from your purchase to download it again. Still stuck? Email bookings@ticktap.co.uk with your name and the event and we'll resend it.
If an event is cancelled you get the ticket price back. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases, including when the organiser cancels. For anything else, it's down to the organiser's policy. See our Refunds page or email bookings@ticktap.co.uk.
Create a free organiser account from the "Sell tickets" button: add your name, email, phone and a password, and complete a quick on-screen verification check. Then you can list an event in minutes. We review every event before it goes on sale, and your dashboard shows live sales and takings.
You keep the face value of every ticket you sell. We collect payment at checkout via Stripe and pay your takings to your bank after the event, minus the booking fee. For now we arrange payout details with you directly after your event.
Just your name or organisation name, a contact email, a phone number and a password, plus an optional profile photo and short bio that help us verify you and show fans who's behind an event. Your password is stored securely and never in readable form. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-certified provider. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and your card details go straight to Stripe; they never touch our servers.
