Where we are now
TickTap is a new, small business. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim that the site fully meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We are working towards WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we’ve done so far
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Pages that adjust to phones, tablets and desktops.
- Headings used to structure pages, and descriptive link text where we can.
- Optional cookies are off until you choose, and the choice can be changed at any time.
Things we know may need work
- PDF tickets may not work well with every screen reader. Your ticket page on the website shows the same details.
- Some images, maps and embedded content may not have full text alternatives.
- We have not tested every page with every assistive technology.
Accessibility at events
Venue access, seating and support at an event are arranged by the organiser, not TickTap. If you have access needs for an event, please contact the organiser before you book. If you can’t reach them, email us and we’ll try to help.
Problems and feedback
If you have trouble using the site, or need information in a different format, email bookings@ticktap.co.uk. Tell us the page and the problem, and we’ll do our best to help and fix it.
