Ticket transfers and resale

How your ticket works, what to do if you can’t go, and why you should only buy TickTap tickets from TickTap.

How TickTap tickets work

Each ticket has a unique QR code that is valid for one entry. Once it has been scanned at the door, it shows as used. Duplicated or screenshotted tickets may be refused if already scanned.

Transfers

TickTap does not currently offer a ticket transfer feature, and we can’t change the name on a ticket after booking. If you can’t go, contact the organiser or check our Refund policy to see whether a refund applies.

Resale

TickTap does not offer a resale or ticket exchange service. You must not resell tickets in breach of our Terms or the law. Organisers must also comply with consumer-protection and anti-touting rules.

Buying safely

Only buy TickTap tickets through ticktap.co.uk. We can’t guarantee tickets bought anywhere else, and a ticket that has already been scanned won’t get you in.
