Accurate listings
Every listing must give accurate, complete event details: name, venue, date and time, ticket types and prices, and capacity. You must have the legal right to sell tickets for the event and to use any images or names in your listing.
Every event is reviewed by us before it goes on sale.
Events you must not list
- Events that are illegal anywhere in the UK where they take place.
- Events that are unsafe, or that you don’t have the licences or permissions to run.
- Events that breach anyone else’s rights, such as using names, images or brands without permission.
- Fake events, or events you don’t intend to run.
- Listings used to resell tickets in breach of our Terms, or in breach of consumer-protection or anti-touting law.
Using TickTap properly
You must not misuse the service, including attempting to defraud, or interfere with the site’s operation.
What we don’t act on
We act on what happens on TickTap, not on what organisers or attendees say or do elsewhere. See our On-site and Off-site Policy.
What happens if rules are broken
We may ask for changes, pause or remove a listing, or suspend or close an account, as set out in our Terms and Organiser agreement.
Reporting a listing
If you think a listing breaks these rules, email bookings@ticktap.co.uk or see Safety and reporting a concern.
