Listing is free and organisers keep 100% of the ticket price. Buyers pay a booking fee on top, shown before they pay.

For organisers

There are no fees for organisers. You set the ticket price and keep the full face value of every ticket sold, less any refunds and chargebacks. See our Organiser agreement.

The booking fee

The booking fee is added at checkout and shown before anyone pays. It drops the more tickets someone buys in one order:

A minimum fee of 2% + 30p per order applies so small-price tickets still cover card processing. Free events have no booking fee at all.

Worked examples

1 × £10.00£10.00£1.00£11.00
1 × £2.00£2.00£0.34£2.34
2 × £15.00£30.00£2.40£32.40
4 × £12.00£48.00£2.88£50.88
6 × £10.00£60.00£3.00£63.00
2 × free£0.00£0.00£0.00

In the £2 example, 10% would be 20p, so the minimum of 2% + 30p (34p) applies instead. The fee shown at checkout is always the amount you pay.

Refunds

The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the organiser cancels, reschedules or changes the event. Where a refund is due, it covers the ticket price only. See our Refund policy.
